Payment & Security

1. Orders

1.1 Payment and Security

(i) Any transaction made on this site is completely private and secure. We use Paypal checkout to process payments and transaction are subject to paypal terms and conditions which can be found here.

(ii) Please note that all products must be paid for prior to dispatch. You may pay by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Debit Card or Switch cards.

(iii) We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share or disclose your personal information with any other parties.

(iv) Your payment will be processed automatically. In the event you have been charged for the purchase of a product that is no longer available, we will notify you by email or by telephone as soon as possible and re-credit your account with any sums deducted from your credit card within thirty days of your order.

1.2 Your order

(i) While we make every effort to display the true colour and size proportion of our products, they may appear slightly different than on the website due to lighting factors and image resolution on the computer. 

(ii) Materials used for wrapping of gifts may vary from product to product as they are individually hand-wrapped, since we at Wrap a Wish endeavour to produce the best presentation for the products chosen by you.

1.3 Cancellations of non-refundable goods please only confirm payment once you are happy with the order you are placing, since the order may be processed immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, no refunds will be made.

1.4 Deliveries

(i) We shall deliver the items ordered by you to the delivery address you provide us at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

(ii) Our aim is to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. All orders which the flat Delivery Charge apply will be delivered 1-3 working days from the day the order had been placed, subject to stock availability.  We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We will notify you by email, text or phone once order has been dispatched.

Please note: We observe Shabbat and Jewish festival and do not dispatch during these times.

(iii) Our couriers are not usually able to provide an exact delivery time. They will require a signature upon receipt of the parcel though some carriers may leave parcels with neighbours or at a safe locations specified by you. However sometimes parcels may be returned to depot for a second delivery attempt the following day.

Royal Mail or any of our choosen courier may leave a delivery card for you to re-organise local delivery of collection from your local depot.

 If nobody is present to sign for the goods aftre the seconed attempt, you may be charged for the return delivery.

 

2.Returns. Your satisfaction with our products is our primary concern. We want you to come back! We shall be happy to help you if you are unsatisfied with your order, subject to the conditions below.

2.1 Returns procedure. Subject to 2.2 (‘non-refundable goods’) below:

(i) If you are in any way unhappy with your product and desire a refund,please log into your accout, then "order history", press the "view" sign that will then open your order, click on the green arrow to submit you return form. You do not need to provide us a reason for your cancellation.

(ii) We will then email you back a returns authorisation number as soon as possible. No returns may be made without this number. You must write or print this number on the outside of the package being returned.

(iii) Returns must be sent within seven working days of receipt of the returns authorisation number (that is, by closing time of the seventh working day from the date of receipt of the ordered goods).

(iv) When we receive your returned item, we shall refund you the full amount (excluding delivery) to your credit card.

(v) Please note return delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. 

(vi) In a case of returning a product we advise you to use a  registered delivery as we hold no responsibility for items we have not received.

2.2 Non-refundable goods. You may not return:
(i) Used or worn items;

(ii) Items damaged in your possession;

(iii) Bespoke, personalised or customised goods and items specified as ‘special order’; 

(iv) Baskets and any items containing food;

(v) Anything which is not in its original, unopened packaging;

(vi) Jewellery from which the security tag has been removed; earrings removed from their bags.

(vii) Seasonal & festive products.

2.3 Faulty goods

(i) In the case of goods arriving faulty, please log into your account, then "order history", press the "view" sign that will then open your order, click on the green arrow to submit you return form. You do not need to provide us a reason for your cancellation.

You must let us know by email to wrapawishshop@gmail.com and attach images supporting your claim within 48 hours of receipt. 

(ii) We will email you back a return authorisation number as soon as possible with a delivery return lable to be printed and be placed on top of the return item. No returns may be made without this number. You must write or print this number on the outside of the package being returned.

(iii) Returns must be sent within seven working days of receipt of the returns authorisation number (that is, by closing time of the seventh working day from the date of receipt of the ordered goods). 

(iv) When we receive your returned item, we shall refund you the full amount due to your credit card.

3. Customer service

3.1 Feedback

(i) If you are happy with our service, we shall be delighted to hear from you.

(ii) If you are unhappy with your experience, we want to hear from you so that we may improve on the products and services we offer in the future. Please submit a comment through Your Comments. 

3.2 Assistance. If you require help with your order, please send us an e-mail to wrapawishshop@gmail.com or call us on 020 8346 7800 at the shop within office hours 9:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. If you are directed to the answerphone, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

4. Pricing Policy. Wrap a Wish aims to provide a fast, efficient service based on value for money and top quality products. We trust you will agree that this is reflected in the prices we charge. Please note, however, that Wrap a Wish reserves the right to modify price and contents of products displayed on this website at any time.

Wrap a Wish retains its rights to change these articles and rules of participation from time to time.
